How can I book?

Visit the "book online" page, select your package, date/time, & complete the booking request form. An invoice will be sent to you via email & the $50 non-refundable deposit + signed rental agreement must be received within 24 hours to confirm booking.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments can be made with any major debit/credit cards on the site, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Contact us for addt'l options.

What are the guidelines for outdoor setup?

Outdoor surfaces must be sand/dirt-free, flat, clean, dry, and safe for children (LOW CUT grass is acceptable). Play area must be setup in the shade or under a canopy to prevent the equipment from overheating. NO OUTDOOR SETUPS DURING JUNE-AUGUST. Addt'l rules and guidelines are outlined in the Rental Agreement.

How long is the equipment rented out?

Each package includes 4 hours of rental. Addt'l hours can be added for $50/hour.

What areas do you deliver to?

Memphis, TN & surrounding areas. Packages include free delivery and setup within 10 miles of Cordova zip code 38016. Additional miles are charged at 0.99 cents per mile. Contact us to make arrangements for 50+ miles.

What if it rains on the day of my event?

Equipment will not be setup outdoors under any circumstances in rain or bad weather. If indoor setup is not possible, another date can be booked within 60 days or a refund will be given minus the non-refundable deposit. Customers are encouraged to have a back-up location indoors just in case.

What is your policy for damaged equipment?

If any equipment is damaged or stolen upon pickup, customer will be charged accordingly (cost of repair/replacement).
**If any equipment is in extremely dirty condition or not in the play area upon pickup, the $50 security deposit will be retained.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require that you give us a 24-hour notice for cancellation. A refund will be issued minus the non-refundable deposit if other arrangements can not be made. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 24 hours before event date.

What is your equipment cleaning policy?

All of our equipment is cleaned and sanitized with eco-friendly cleaning products after each party.
